Connect your Salesforce org to Aline so the Opportunity and the contract that closes it stop living in separate systems. No re-typing the account, amount, and close date into another tool, and no hunting for the signed PDF in an email thread.

🚀 Launch from the deal: A Launch Aline Workflow quick action opens a guided form on the Opportunity, pre-filled from Salesforce and grouped into collapsible sections. Corrections write back, so the launch improves your data instead of bypassing it.
✍️ Pick signers, don't type them: Name and Email are searchable pickers loaded with your active Aline members. External signers can still be typed by hand.
🌳 Everything on the record: The Aline Workflow Explorer shows the full Workflow → Document → Version tree with a download on every row, including documents shared across several deals.
⬇️ Downloads that never go stale: Each click fetches a short-lived pre-signed URL. Nothing to expire in a field, nothing to leak in a report.
🔄 Sync that runs itself: Aline upserts Workflow, Document, and Version records through the package's secure endpoints and links them to the right Opportunities.
📊 Real Salesforce data: Ordinary custom objects with lookups to Opportunity and Account, so list views, reports, and dashboards work as they always do.
🔐 Access you control: Two permission sets separate users from admins. Versions are read-only, so nobody can edit the record of what was signed.
🩺 Failures you can see: Every failed call lands on an Aline Error Log with endpoint, status, payloads, and a readable message. Tokens are never captured.
🛠️ Built for administrators
No code, no consultant. Install, assign the permission sets, paste the Aline API token into the packaged configuration page, and drag the quick action and Explorer onto the Opportunity page. Remote Site Settings ship inside the package.
The token lives in a Protected Custom Setting, unreadable through the UI or API by anyone including you. A packaged External Client App handles OAuth for the write-back, so no client secrets travel by email.
Launch Mode is the one choice worth making up front: Post keeps reps in Salesforce, Redirect opens the workflow in Aline. Other per-org behavior is tuned by feature flags from Aline Support, with no new package version needed.
